I know someone who fell for conducting business with Green Merchant Funding company. You refer businesses looking for capital. You're supposed to get 4% cash advance for all transactions. They decided they didn't want to go through with any transactions. There is a 60 day refund and cancellation process that has not been honored. There is also an agreement of mediation versus litigation. Please help.
