We have received a collection notice from this company when we neither authorized the transaction, the company is a small 1 person company and so no one other than the owner could have authorized the transaction, no invoices were ever sent, no proof of service has been provided and now the company has sent their collection department to collect $799 plus interest charges for a total of $955!! This is ridiculous that they can get away with this. How come this company is not rated after more than 70 complaints? Should it not be at a 1?
