I was contacted by a man via email to do SEO for my website. He sent out a contact to do Keywording, SSL configuration, and setup a google analytics account. He may have did some key wording but he did not complete the other two jobs. I kept asking him how far along are you and because I have other jobs to get done. He then offered his services to do them I said sure but lets complete the contract you sent me and I paid for first. He kept beating around the bush and never completed the work and kept requesting money for other things. I repeatedly asked him to walk me through the things he claimed he did and he would find an excuse every time. He is a liar and cheat and using his web design company to rip people off.
