I have ordered crochet items from this person for several years through ebay and directly one on one. Last year I contacted Christiena to order some crocheted pumpkins once again. We agreed on a price and I was told the items would be ready to ship after payment was received. I had no reason to believe there would be a problem as I had done business with her in the past and was satisfied.
However, several weeks went by and I did not receive my order. I contacted Christiena and she emailed me telling me the order had been sent. This was the month of Oct. 2012. It became evident by the time November came along something was wrong and I had concerns as I was hoping to receive the order before Halloween. My order never arrived. The next email I sent inquiring about the order and requesting some resolvement to the situation was met with annoyance on her behalf. She would not agree to refund me or replace the order, or at least meet me with an amiable resolution. That was the last email she would respond to and I was left high and dry. I left one last email imploring a resolution. NO RESPONSE I told her I would be seeking help from either the police or attny. Generals office. I have an extremely busy schedule as a teacher and just couldn't pay much attention to follow up on this matter during the school year. But now with a freer schedule this summer I would like some answers. I have reason to believe I was scammed and definitely not treated fairly as a customer of this person. I thought we had a better business relationship. I would like to pursue this matter for answers and hopefully a positive resolution involving a refund. I no longer wish to have the product I ordered. I just want this over with fairly. Thank you, L.B.
