I have received call from them saying my resume is short listed in microsoft and need to have the resume updated on this. The roozgaar employee schduled fixed time to available online time and informed i need to pay 1658 for resume updation. Later he told that to confirm the payment details he asked to go to option and enter ther same details in another pay ment mode. I asked him many times it displayed as pay but he informed that the system will not take the amount. I entered the same option again and my money got deducted for 15962. Later i told them to my money got deducted and he again routed me to another payment mode of 26000. This time i refused to pay the amount and i told i want my money back. Then he routed me to another person as cancellation process. But the cancellation process is again to go the same page select one order and to pay another 14354 rupees. Every time he was routing me to pay ment option to pay some amount. But i refused. Finaly he said if you want your money back you need to follow this procedure or payments. And i was keep checking with him on this. Finaly he said he has routed his query to account department and my money will come after 40 days. But he refused to provide contact details, name or ticket number for cancellation. Can somebody stop this. I was cheated just like that.
