We were told they could sell our time share for us. We bought into the concept. After a few months they came back saying if we paid an additional fee THEY would buy the time share for "fair market value" if it didn't sell in a specific period of time. We've been talking monthly and getting the run around. I just tried calling again and the 866 number is now blocked. I wouldn't even know where to start now to try and recoup some of the money! Shame on them. Shame on us for thinking it would work!
