I received an e-mail stating that I could get an electronic ciggerate for 4.95 which was for shipping and handling. I saw nothing that said this was a membership program and that I would be charged 148.00, a one-time fee. I did not know they took this money out of my account until I went online to check my checking account balance and saw there was a 148.00 charge that I had no idea what it was for. When I called the number listed on my back statement, the woman told me the only way I could get the full amount of 148.00, but that she would refund me 74.00 and that was all she could do unless I sent the product back. I did not get it for me, but for my 20 year old daughter is using it. Also I did not know that this product does not actually aid in smoking cessation, which the e-mail did not state either.
