Made an enquiry about a loan a few weeks ago. PMC asked for card details saying they would debit £1 from my account just to check that the card was valid, which they did. I did not take up their offer of a loan and received no money from them at all but today I saw that they had taken £68 from my bank on 1st July, without permission. I have contacted them to ask them to clarify what this was payment for as I have no loan with them but they have not replied. I want a full refund and will be contacting my bank to ensure they can take no more unauthorised payments from my account.
