Although I called as soon as I saw the charge on my account, they refused to refund the money claiming it was non-refundable because the E-books had already been loaded. They said the material had already been downloaded to but I had not even downloaded because I am unable to anything because my computer has a glitch in it that prevents me from performing that function. Therefore I never received the benefit I paid for and I will have to find someone to repair it. I don't have the money to have it repaired now so I would not be able to take advantage If you could see your I believe the download can be reversed because it has been done before.
