This product was ordered in May as a free trial product. I did not reorder this product, I have not spoken to anyone at this company. I can't imagine they would send me this order without knowing how I liked or did not like this product. Nowhere was it stated I had to call to cancel a second order. It was advertised as a "free trial offer" and that is all I wanted. If the product was so fantastic, I would have reordered. I am sending it back, I will not pay for something I did not order.
