Unknown company tried to automatically withdraw funds from my account causing account to be overdrawn. Advised by bank that these companies can continue trying unless account is closed. They should not have any right to access accounts without authorization. Want this to stop. Also tried calling number 775-376-7646 and left on hold for over 30 minutes.
