I ordered a cute pair of shoes and received them yesterday. I tried them on, but they were too tight across the instep and did not give any. I contacted nomorerack.com and was sent an email saying that customer satisfaction was their main goal. After having said that, they went on to say if I ordered the right size shoes, then they would not give me a refund or credit. I have contacted them 4 times with the same response. But they continue to tell me that customer satisfaction was their main goal. Well, I am a customer, and I am far from satisfied. Now I see they scam everyone who tries to make a return. Bad business, and I am going to make it my mission to warn as many people as I can about them.
