I was researching for an online business opportunity and I misunderstood the policy. As soon as I noticed it on my checking account, I tried several times to get them on the phone. When I finally did, they told me it was non - refundable. I explained that there was no way I could afford that because I am elderly and live on a fixed income. If I purchased something, it was a mistake. I just wanted a refund. I am not interested in their business. They said they had already downloaded it and given me access. I know they can remove the download. I can't even find it. I just need to get the money back. They certainly don't really need that $99 if they are such a good opportunity.
