Took 9.95 out of my credit card over the last few months

I noticed a payment to a company called wpi*ifriends on my statement and i haven't used my credit card for the past 5 months, i don't know how they got the card number so when i searched the internet i found usacomplaints.com and another couple of people had the same experience, i called them and told them i would sue them and the backed down quickly, watch out for these thieves!
