Iwas sent this letter stating that i won $3,331, 947.11 as a cash prize winner. Also that i needed to send this letter back with a processing fee of $25.00. This is truly a disgrace to send out fradulent notices. I'm already a victim of identity theft, i dont believe this and these crooks need to be punished by the federal government.
