You must not take a risk on this company. I did and SO regret using them. The cleaners did not clean the floors, baseboards completely or even one of the toilet seats. There were muddy foot prints left on the bathroom floor. The guarantee they give you is to send another team in, but really who needs that when it is a move out cleaning as in my case. They will not compensate me in any way and I have been wasting my time talking to them. They really have you when you have to pay up front - I was not told my card would be charged when it was given as a security that the booking was going to be made. Then you cannot get a refund and even when the service is TERRIBLE, there is no refund. Do not risk this!
