As a buyer, i've experienced purchasing from many online stores and I have to say that Sammydress is the worst i've ever dealt with! I ordered 4 jackets on the 25th of March for $97.49, they then tell me that 3 of them are out of stock so they sent me the 1 and refunded me $68.05. It is now the 5th of July and I still haven't received my jacket... I've messaged them numerous times and they kept telling me to wait. It does not take 4 months to ship something to Australia... So I then send them another message demanding a refund and they tell me they can only give me back $17... When I should really be getting $29.44. They also refused to give me back my shipping payment. I'm not even bothered about the money... It just makes me sad to see companies like this taking peoples money for the sake of it and I know now that i'm not the only one they've done this too. If a company isn't responsible and reliable, they shouldn't have the right to run a company and they need to shut themselves down. I don't care how difficult it is to post things around the world and manage large amounts of stock, people don't deserve to be robbed of their money just because they can't manage themselves properly.
