After receiving a phone call from a member of AK Management, they informed me they needed my details for security reasons and credit checks which I was more than happy to provide. They informed me IF I went through with a loan they would take a one off payment of £79 once the loan had gone into my bank account. Having received the email from them providing the information of the different lenders, I discovered these were companies I could have found myself on any search engine. I decided not to go ahead with the loan and couldn't really afford the £79 to be taken after just losing my job and having two young children to look after. After checking my bank statement I later discovered they have taken the £79 anyway without my consent or without letting me know. I feel I have been a target of a scam and would like my money refunded.
