I went to get my nails, toenails and eyebrow and lip wax done. I've known thease people for about ten yrs. When I went to pay my card wouldn't go through. I tried to tell Lyn there must be a mistake. I had the money in there. So, I called the bank and they informed me my deposit wouldn't actually go in till midnight. I explained this to Lyn and she wouldn't have it. She was very insistent thst I pay right now. I told her I couldn't till tomorrow but I would be back tomorrow to pay. She wouldn't hear of it. So, I left with full intention of paying the next day. Well my mother in law ended up having two heart attacks and I ended up having to go to the hospital. So I wasn't able to make it the next day. I called Lyn abd told her what happened. She told me, you come in right now and pay or I'm calling the cops. Well of course I couldn't under the circumstances.in the meantime all the blings stsrted coming off my nails so I told her she would have to fix them before I pay. She said that was fine. So I told her I would be in that Monday to fix my nails and pay. I went they were closed. No one bothered to tell me they're not open Monday. I tried to get her to send someone in to fix them and to pay. I live almost an hr away and didn't really have the gas to go back and forth. So I went elsewhere to get my nails fixed and told her I would pay her the difference again she refued. Now mind you, I have known her for over ten yrs and never had this happen before. I feel that she should have been more understanding knowing that I was a good customer. I paid sixty dollars to get my nails fixed plus 169.00 to them for a lousy job. I do not recommend that anyine go there to get any work done. To top it all off Lyn dragged one of my very close friends into it who came in as I was leaving. It almost ruined our friendship. Lyn told her I was a lyer and a theif. Again I do not recommend NT Nail & Spa to anyone. Their work isn't really that good and I feel they were very inconsiderate to me under the circumstances. She knew I would pay.
