They take 30.00 for loan applications that I'm not completing. The week of 6/28, I was nowhere near a computer as I was burying my brother in a very rural area of East Texas and they took out 30.00 every other day. I've called, I either get hung up on as I become the second caller or they transfer me to "voicemail" which is a busy signal. I've emailed customer service and they assure me I agreed to this when I applied for a loan but they can't comprehend I never applied for the loan. My bank has contacted them and they won't reach out to them. So now I must close my account, open a new one which a complete pain in the ass because of direct deposit and automatic bill pay.
