My refrigerator and freezer went out so he had me since everything was defrosted. He said it was the circuit board and with the 20% discount (which was advertized on the internet) plus the senior discount plus no service charge if repairs were done the charge was $850.00 discounted from $1100.00. I knew I had been taken so I have since checked with Kitchenaid parts and 2 other appliance people and found that the part was originally $298.00 but since it was no longer made the old one had to be rebuilt which cost $109.99 $11.00 shipping. He just so happened to have one in his truck. He also kept talking about how honest he was. I called the phone numbers to get an address and there isn't one. When I asked where they were located she said Dallas and hung up on me. I called Alex and told him to adjust the cost or I would do what I am doing and he went on with his BS and hung up on me. I want everyone to know what a rip-off they are. Please help me.
