I ordered this product through Facebook page I rang them today in regards to my order and I got through within 5 minutes she said that they have had many complaints as alot of orders have been held up in Customs (Melbourne) she gave me my reference number and tracking number of product and said hopefully I should receive in 3-5 working days I ordered these on 11 June. Will keep you posted if I do receive the product fingers crossed this is not a scam, I did mention to the customer service lady I spoke with there has been a lot of negative feedback and she is aware that people are worried lets hope we all get out Nuetrim:)
