I had made a mistake and accidentally paid a large amount of money into Global Connect's (Zoosk on line dating)
i contacted them and they said go to the bank and have them request a dispute for reimbursement.
Well the bank got back to me and said they they will only deal with the account holder.
I then contacted them and they said they need proof of the EFT i supplied the proof.
They then replied and said it does not reflect in their account. This went on for a few weeks.
Needless to say the R8500,00 rent was lost.
I had made a subscription payment to them and that was not honored either.
My advise is stay away from this site its not worth it they are dishonest.
