My information was used to create an account on this site without my permission. When trying to delete the account, I am just redirected to a chat bot "live" support page. When I demand my information be deleted, I am provided a link by this chat bot that opens another tab of the exact same "live" support chat bot page.

This company has a reputation for perpetuating identity theft and its practices are in violation of several statutes in my state. A criminal investigation should be opened on them asap and the entire thing shut down before their list of victims grows further.
