Hello fellow ABC Victims

It's good to see some good info coming from other victims. Thank you Quinn for your efforts and update. Please give us some guidance on how you think it may be best to proceed since it seems you have results. I'm sure the members here in Nevada would be happy to help in California. I think that's the best place to target her and stop her since most of the vitims seem to be in California. Hopefully the large numbers of people will convince the authorities to shut her down and toss her behind bars. How can she still operate so openly and rip people off?

We hope Utah courts will stop her and help find the money.

I did notice Nia posting a name on the ABC website for a media contact person for Dale F. Hardeman with the phone number of 714-544-0800. It turns out that it must be her bankruptcy attorney. We should all call and ask him what's going on and where's all our money! She can't file for bankruptcy if we can show that it is all fraud and that she has been using new entities names to try to get around things. She still is using our money. So we should contest with the bankruptcy trustee to stop her from filing BK and to get her to be personally liable for claims. We can easily show to the court that she is a crook and her BK is a fraud.

We suspect that she may use her daughter who we met at the Las Vegas semianr to transfer money and property to. Her name is Melissa Sabol and her brother is Michael Sabol. We also think she may be using Helen Tkalec, her husband Ron and son Dennis for transfers or buying property. That could be where she has put our money for that home program. We also met a guy by the name of Dave Varner who said he was doing some real estate deals with Nia. I don't know how much this is still valid but it may be a good lead for the search of our funds.

Let's keep our hopes high for 2005 and let's keep the info flowing and the pressure on. We have to make sure she pays one way or another.
