I have recently noticed on my CC monthly report an entry for US$6.95 O/S TXN fee for another AU$0.17
This has been occurring for quite a few months I believe. I tried to contact this company or get the bank to stop payment to no avail. I had to deactivate my CC in order to try to stop periodic payments. Now I am going to send a request form to my bank to start investigation. I am not sure how long it has been going for or the total amount of money they have taken out of my account..
