I had been blocked out of iTunes, so I called iTunes to explain that someone had charged unauthorized charges on my credit card and when I reported it to my bank, the charges were charged back to iTunes. A man told me the only way I could get back on iTunes was to get security with MyTechHelp. The cost was 250.00 for a year and also that I needed a virus barrier. Also, he said I needed a WD elements usb 3. O portable hard drive which was 49.00 with a 14.99 shipping charge. I don't have a clue what it is for. Also, there was a charge for 149.00 for a total of 214.00. I was told I would receive a rebate for all of it, but the wd elements usb portable hard drive.
