I ordered a sample for £3.99 p&p and received it without anything in the packet saying I would be receiving future products. I received an email on the 14 June stating my next shipment was on its way to me. I replied on the same day saying I did not want it. They email back the same day noting my cancellation but could not stop the shipment. They even said it would be on my credit card. It arrived with no return address. I have now received my credit card statement showing 2 amounts £84.71 and £89.66. Their UK phone line is dead.
