Do NOT purchase from this company! Like many of the complaints filed, i ordered two products expecting free samples charged 4.95 ea shipping however on 6/26 charged $99 and $93 respectively. Again like others, I had a negative response to the creme (red puffy skin) and didn't even open/try the other. Company states they cannot do full refund due to this 14 day from 'order point' which is unacceptable as each customer will have a different receipt and try date depending on delivery location. I have called the company several times and the "most they could do is $30 ea refund". My bank said they could do a dispute, which I will do. I told company I am returning physical product and they stood firm to $30 refund vs my request for full refund. I am disputing through my bank as well as reporting to BBB. Not sure what else I can do. If others have suggestions, please post. Thank youl
