A person so called named Officer Rex Coffey called me stating a company has placed charges against me for a loan and it needs to be resolved at once. Somehow he was able to get my history and use one of my account to ollect debt. As time went on he threatens to send an officer to the job to serve me papers. I finally decided to call the number back and no one knew I ws talking about and told me to stop paying the people money. He calls from 443-270-9457 and always has a lady call for a reminder of payment. They surf the phone system so when they call it shows they are calling from an agency but when you call back no answer straight to voicemail. They harass me at work my calling my job constantly until I answer the phone.
