I ordered the "trial" package for $1.03 and spoke with someone on the phone days later. I told him to cancel everything and do not take any more money for my card. I got my package and there was no letter, no statement, no paper what so ever. I haven't received any emails. Today I find out spark whitening has stolen (yes, I feel like I have been robbed) $94.31 from my account. Then I am told that I am not eligible for a refund!
