My bank account was charged $953. I contacted my bank right away as soon as I saw the charges to open a fraud investigation. The bank also gave me Western Union's customer service number so I could start follow up before my bank reopens in the morning. The WU representative couldn't help me or reveal anything to "protect privacy" of the customer—but has no problem with someone else charging to my account.
