Miscellaneous

Vehicle Bureau online contacted us in Jan and promised us the world. They claimed they had several interested buyers for our vehicle. It cost $500 to advertise with them but felt it was not a high risk as they offered a 75% refund after 90 days if they were unable to sell the vehicle. We asked many questions and were assured by their agents. During the 90 day period no one contacted us. When the 90 days was up we then had to jump through hoops to start the refund process including obtaining proof from the motor registries office, and have it notarized by a notary public! All which costs more money. From that point it took over 10 weeks for anyone to contact us. We were then informed we would receive $175 refund, $100 gas voucher and $100 grocery voucher. Where it gets ridiculous is that you need to pay activation fees for both vouchers and they are not true gc's. You are required to send receipts back monthly and can only claim $20/month!!! This company mislead us and nowhere in the contracts do they divulge any of this info. They are a very dishonest company and I would recommend anyone considering doing business with them NOT TOO!!! Hang up the phone!!!
