money order for $25.00. This was to be a folio release fee. After doing this they would send the $2,997, 500.00 to me.
Mr. James represented himself as if he was an employee of ADDLESHAW BIRD & MITCHELL
The letter was sent with this letterhead as if
it came directly from this business.
