This person who goes by the name of Louis Paul Barr has attempted to scam me under the identity of alleged lawyer who would settle an inheritance of a millionaire woman dying of cancer in Accra, Ghana. He asked me to wire him money for court proceedings, then he asked for money to reserve a hotel for me so that I would fly over to sign the inheritance of a supposed Estela Yusif.
