Was contacted by a Brian Horner, with Kauffman Capital Group. Was told I had been approved for a 10,000 loan. All I had to do was send two months of payments as collateral, which would be then applied against the loan, so my payments would not start until October. This was the same thing that happened to me with another supposed lending firm, and I was ripped of that money. So I contacted the Sioux Falls police department. They went to the address from the agreement and informed me it is an empty office building that is for lease. Thankfully, I had made a mistake once, and was not fool enough to do it again.
