Sent a Notice of Prize winning notification of $1,664, 283.00 to my wife and requested a $25.00 processing fee. I would like to know why no one has tried to stop or investigate them. This is mail fraud and last i checked is a federal offence so why isn't the people who look into these scams and frauds doing anything are they getting paid off by them?
