I received an email from someone I met abroad claiming to be in a jam and needing money, I replied requesting more information. The follow-up email asked for $2500 to be sent through Western Union to 2213 Taft Avenue, in the name of my dear friend. I plugged the address into google and found a scam on this site reported by someone against the name Chris Dean linked to the same address. Upon closer inspection, the first email was sent by the address of my friend but the 'reply-to' address was slightly off (the 'm' was in fact an 'rn' which was tough to distinguish at the time).

I didn't actually send money. I guess someone is impersonating people to collect money from this specific address.
