I placed 2 orders of different cigs on their site. It was suppose to be a gift so I had instructed a different shipping address. After submitting the order, I received an email saying that they are processing the order and I will receive an email shortly with the complete invoice... It's been weeks and no response. When I called customer service, the rep spoke extremely poor english and was not very helpful. I tried emailing and no luck either. Overall at this point, I don't care about the cigarettes, I'm just nervous that my account information got exposed. If the company is legit, they would have taken customer service more seriously and most important, DELIVER the product.
