I was using christianmingle.com to look at potential dates for free. You could not contact anyone or receive correspondence when you were free... So on 4/13 I signed up with my discover card. I tried to download the info they gave me, but it never worked. I was working many hours at my job, so I never had the time to investigate why it never worked. I then called them when I had some time to cancel the sign up, because I never received or was able to receive or send anything to anyone and I talked to customer service... And they hung up on me. Then when I called back many times, I got a busy signal. I called discover to let them know they were not stoping my service and they were not helping me get my refund. They said they would investigate. I never got the service that christian mingle promised and I never even connected with anyone at all. Please help me with this problem. They should be sued for highway robbery or scams for sure.
