On June 22 and 28 this company withdrew $49. From my account each time with out my knowledge or authorization. I was in the hospital at the time. When informed of the error they told me they could only refund me one withdrawal of $49.
Due to their use of my account I incurred a $30 return check charge from the bank and another fee for the company I had paid thinking I had $98 in the bank. Since speaking with them, their phone has been busy always and I have yet to receive a refund
