Miscellaneous

On the 23rd of April while on Facebook my fourteen year old daughter clicked on an advertisement for dresses. This immediately took her to another site, an auction site where she bid for a MP4 music player. Having been told she had successfully won the bid at 6 pound something she asked could she borrow my visacard to pay for it. To date Ask - whippy.com has taken 6 something on the 23rd of April, 39.99 on the 30th of April and 39.99 on the 28th of May from my visa card without my permission. I have since discovered this has happened to numerous individuals unbeknownst to them with this particular company. I am told I have to send an email to this company to unsubscribe to a membership that I never signed up for, in order to stop monies from being withdrawn from my visa card. This I did this morning and received an email back from Whippy customer service (info@wippy.com), it is worth noting at this point this email was highlighted in red to the fact "Be careful! This sender failed our fraud detection checks". Finally, as of yet my daughter has still not received her MP4 music player despite having paid for it.
