The supposed free trial, was sent and I was charged the full amount as if it weren't a trial. I called to complain, and here was not a "verbatim clause" present anywhere I read and. Always entire description, small prints, and terms and conditions. Also, I've never heard of a trial period and then you send the product back, after using it. Gross. This was bogus.
