Despite the fact this site markets itself as a "Free Resume Building" site, I foolishly paid $2.95 for a cover letter. A month later, I was surprised by a charge of $34.95. When I contacted these crooks, they told me that I was told in my email confirming the charge for the cover letter, that I was signed up for a "recurring" monthly subscription. I don't remember seeing that email.
