I bought and paid for a "Goophone Y5" which after I received it had a faulty camera. Despite that I was promised by "Shine Wong" that they would pay the cost of return shipping for the repairs and that I should "please wait with patient" while they prepare a phone it has now been over three months since they received my phone for repair. All my emails inquiring about repairs are ignored, their chat support has never connected even when I'm 1st in line and waiting for over one hour.

There must be some limit as to how long a repair can take before they must refund the purchase.
