I had recently applied for some financial help I. E a loan. I was passed from phone too phone call with still no actual loan result... I had then discovered that my welfare state benefits and been seriously altered due to your company taking a fee of £70 pounds... After providing no service and a very expensive number of phone calls before this... I have only recently returned to work after having cancer treatment. Is this what you do to vulnerable people like myself... I have contacted my solicitor and also our local media as this is evidentially a scam... I want my money back as no service was provided at all
