I recieved a call from a person with a foriegn voice named martin luwis. He says it was about an application i put online for a loan. The application was aproved for up to $4,000.00 and have me a confirmation number of #a002163. He proceeded to tell me that i had to go to a western union to call them after i fill out a send money form in the transaction amount of $160.00 to pay to verify my loan and then go back to fill out a recieve money form to get my money in 12 to fifteen minutes. I then asked for there address to the business and the person got upset with me when i said i needed a full address, because he only gave me the numbers 1265 and says thats it they are in california. The phone number i returned the call to was the same number i got a call from. 818-257-9570
