Chapmanville Towers is a building owned and operated by Forrest City, Inc. It is rental apts for low income for seniors 62 and older or the disabled, which I am, and age 52. The manager's name is "Kathy". Chapmanville is a small town and I continue to hear of what is going on with the Towers. Always younger and newer applicants are getting in, where I am not. This has been going on more than 5 yrs now and frankly I've had enough of Kathy! She shows favortism. If you can't help me I will be contacting my Attorney General, the BBB, etc. I will tell them I reached out to you 1st. Also, this month I didn't receive an update form so I called to ask for another. They had the nerve to tell me I would have to start all over again!!!
