I only asked for free sample. I have not ordered any more and yet they have sent me package and charged me $148.82 for something i did not order. Asked for refund the money and instruction where to return the collagenta - active collagen serum. This company advertise that is 100% satisfaction or money back. Shipping was done from israel to sisk fulfilment in federalsburg, md 21632 usa this day 05/06 and was forwarded to: dlh globalmail in mississauga, ontario l5t 2n1 canada and finally deliver to me. Seems to me that trail product which i ordered april 27 never was sent out. Try to call customer service in usa: 1-800-986-5613 but no one answer calls. This is not fair business practice and i will make formal complain to ftc (federal trade commission) in usa if necessary.
