Dear Sir/Madam
I am writing to complain obaut the amount of monay has been stolen from my account by Ecigbrand.
I ordered their product which should cost me£ 6.99 and above mention company charged this amount after few days.
After three weeks on 20 of july I wos charged again but this time they tuck £73.91from my account.
This prompted me to take further action and raise a complaint to the Ecigbrand. Unfortunately I could not find any email and given phone number wos canceled. Furthermore this has left me in a difficult financial situation as I did not expect such bills.
Any assistance given to me by you in raising the amount of 73.91which has been stolen from my account will be highly appreciated. You are also requested to look into the matter and apprist me of the latest position.
